Booking & Cancellation Policy 

• All GIT Bookings (above 6 rooms) must be confirmed 30 days in advance with the details of the Guest Name and Nationality.
• If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation should
  be sent on the same day by e-mail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
• The above rates are on per room per day basis and are net and non commissionable.
• For all foreign nationals, on arrival requested to provide the Xerox copy of their passport and VISA & to present the voucher/exchange order at the time of check in.
•  Cancellation: If cancellation is made between 20-15 days, the 50% amount is forfeited and with less than 15 days remaining, the client loses the entire amount. ( not applicable for peak period)

Terms & Conditions

• An advance payment should be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation for both FIT and GIT.
• Complete payment should be made at least 30 days before the day of the tour for the GIT bookings
